About the Role

We're looking for a music lover who is extremely passionate about creating the best modern beats possible, editing vocals to it’s perfection and provide perfectly balanced song mixes for our ever expanding audience. If you don't possess all of these skills, you are able to learn and teach yourself needed skills. You are familiar with ear candies, the sound of Max Martin and DJ Swivel, are listening to (new) music constantly and are always up to date with new music production tools (plugins). You will be responsible for making hit sounding and addictive songs. You'll be working with the writers very closely to create a masterpiece that convinces the audience. You'll get constantly feedback about your music.

Ideally, you are able to have a clear understanding of the brand's vision and let it shine through our music perfectly. You must be able to take criticism extremely well, and use it as a motivation to improve the quality and consistency of your skills. You have the conviction that technology enables music producers to create better music faster.

To exceed our expectations, you are providing engaging ideas to our brand's story on a regular basis. You love working with analytics.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating the most addictive songs for our artist/brand
  • Editing pop vocals to it’s perfection
  • Creating perfectly balanced mixes for end results & in between
  • Researching viral song ideas
  • You'll get feedback constantly and must use it to improve the next song

Requirements:

  • Create beautiful, energetic & trendsetting beats
  • Be always open to improve the same creation multiple times
  • Have and or learn to have a great ear for perfectly balanced mixes/songs
  • Versatility in different genres is a must (Pop, K-Pop, Hip Hop, R&B, Lo-Fi...)
  • Being always open for any style of music
  • You are hungry to learn and grow
  • Teach yourself new skills and grow your abilities (along with Tutorials etc.)
  • Work on your own very well
  • Meet tight Deadlines
  • Work independently and be reliable in updating our company project system
  • Share your assets & work with your team often
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members & executives
  • Love music
  • Be proactive in searching for solutions rather than focusing on problems
  • Team player: Must be able to work in our team
  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • No prior job experience required but music has ever played and plays an important role in your life

What you'll get, Benefits & Perks:

  • Working Remote. If you are in Los Angeles or want to move, you can produce in our studio.
  • This is a HIGH BONUS opportunity. Your bonus can exceed your Base Payment!
  • Base Payment of 2,000 USD per month
  • 30 hours/week (Yes, 30 not 40 !!).
